Shipping

All confirmed orders are processed within 5-7 business days. We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail (unless stated otherwise). Our designated shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are unable to make any changes to orders once processed.

We currently only facilitate domestic shipping to the United States and its' territories. We hope to expand to international shipping very soon!

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic (yes, this is still a thing :)), we are currently experiencing minor shipping delays. Please allow an additional 7 business days to receive your order once shipped.

Return Policy 

All merchandise is final sale. However, we will gladly replace any merchandise that has been damaged in transit if that item is in stock. Please send us a message that includes your order number and a description of your complaint within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.

Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and hand-poured in small batches. There may be minor variations in wax color in our candles.
